Eagles nip Panthers late in fourth

The good: Starters and primary backups gave the Carolina Panthers a 13-0 lead over the Philadelphia Eagles Thursday at Lincoln Financial Field. The bad: Bad weather forced a 58-minute delay in the first quarter, pushing the game past midnight. The ugly: Philadelphia scored 24 points in the game's last seven minutes to pull out a 24-13 victory, evening both teams' records at 1-1 in the preseason. Full Story | Discuss
